At ButterScotch LB, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging with all tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 3 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or store credit will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
